Lasha graduated from International School of Economics with master’s degree in 2015.
Research interests – fiscal politics, cost effectiveness.
Lasha has completed an internship in National Bank of Georgia and in Revenue Service Agency.
He has worked in the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia, assistant of lecturer at ISET. Currently he works as an advisor at National Environment Agency and teaches at Georgian University.
Lasha is a doctoral student at Tbilisi State University and does a research on the effectiveness of fiscal policy.
